The Vial and Ampoule
Forming Machines in our production line were all developed in
Japan. The whole production process is automatic, and we use
cutting edge facilities such as flowmeter control of gas volume
and automatic temperature control of annealing furnace.
We use the borosilicate tubing glass made by Nippon Electric
Glass as the material. It is the same tubing glass used in Japan,
and all the ampoules and vials made of
this tubing glass follow the standard of Type I Glass of USP.
